Our team designs and manufactures patented equipment including the modular F4 Gun Assembly and our custom Combustion Head, along with Robot Gun Mounts built to integrate with modern automated thermal spray systems. Every component is produced at our Manchester, Connecticut facility, allowing us to maintain tight control over quality while supporting customers throughout Michigan.
More than two decades of manufacturing experience stand behind every component we produce. Our 12,500 square foot facility operates with 14 CNC machines and 3 coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), supported by a skilled team of seven professionals who focus on precision machining and inspection. Technical Engineering maintains ISO9001/AS9100D QMS certification, ensuring each product meets strict quality and performance standards before reaching our customers.
